Erin Brillon

Erin Brillon is the founder of Totem Design House, and artist of Haida/Cree heritage. She first set out on the path towards Totem Design House in 2004, when she became tired of the commonplace Northwest Coast art t-shirts and started her own contemporary clothing and home decor brand utilizing her brother’s Haida designs. After years coordinating Indigenous Youth empowerment programs, Erin began learning the art of screen-printing with her daughter Marlo and the three began collaborating to create unique hand-printed silkscreen shirts. Alongside her family, Erin is working to expand Totem Design House as a locally made, artist produced, one-stop-shop for authentic Indigenous made products.
