Katie MacMillan

Katie MacMillan is the founder and director of operations at Kello Inclusive, a Canadian modelling agency that exclusively represents disabled and visibly different talent. She was inspired to create the agency after her daughter, who has Cerebral Palsy, worked with an agency that struggled to support and represent her. Kello Inclusive was founded to fill the gap in the industry and to help businesses make their projects authentically inclusive by hiring diverse talent and creative teams. The agency has already signed over 50 models from across Canada and is working with local and national brands. Katie believes that representation matters and that being inclusive means taking the time to listen, learn, and adapt.
