Erin Josephy co-founded Kismet Essentials out of her desire to make quality self-care products more accessible to the everyday consumer. Kismet is a Vancouver-based startup that creates and produces a wide variety of all-natural items, including bath salts, scrubs and mists. Josephy’s products are now available online and in 400 retail locations across North America, including Whole Foods, The Bay, Well.ca, and Chapters Indigo. To date, the business has sold some 100,000 units and has posted a 200-percent average annual growth since its founding. At the age of 29, Josephy was selected for the BC Business 30 Under 30 list.
