Eve Laird

When Eve Laird couldn’t find a snack that would fulfill her dietary needs – she suffered from eczema – she chose to make one of her own. In 2016, she created Eve’s Crackers – a delectable handmade snack packed with loads of fibre and protein from Canadian flaxseeds. Today, Eve’s Crackers are sold in about 500 locations across Western Canada, including Safeway, Save On Foods and Whole Foods Market. In 2020, Laird pitched the product on an episode of Dragon’s Den and successfully received an offer from celebrity judge Arlene Dickinson. Currently, Laird serves as a member of the board of advisors for Chiwis, Canada’s first kiwi chip company.
