She vowed then to start a business that would help empower women. Through Ellie Bianca, Nyairo is promoting more than just a skincare brand. She also seeks to revolutionize cultural norms about women’s privilege in society. Nyairo is a socially conscious leader who has cultivated over 15 years’ worth of authentic connections from working globally in Environmental and Social Sustainability and Stakeholder Engagement. She is genuinely compelled to better the lives of women everywhere by empowerment through business and fair trade. In 2020, Nyairo was featured as a Woman of Influence.
