Frances Schagen

Frances Schagen is the CEO of ClearToYou, a bookkeeping and business support agency headquartered in Toronto. Her mission is to help small business owners build their businesses and become more profitable. Frances has over 15 years of experience running a bookkeeping business, which has allowed her to cultivate expertise in business management.
