Gail Lord

Gail Lord is a leading museum planner, with extensive experience in the museum and cultural industries. She is the co-founder and president of Lord Cultural Resources, a unique firm that provides a wide range of strategic communications and planning for institutions, as well as project planning and implementation for museum projects, spatial planning, and visitor experience consulting. Gail’s firm also provides these services to other cultural organizations, including heritage sites, libraries, events, and other public spaces. In addition to her work at her firm, Gail has authored a number of manuals on museum planning.
