Victoria Foulger

Originally from the United Kingdom, Victoria Foulger left her career in healthcare behind her to open Pavia Gallery. Victoria has been driven to expand Pavia to be a landmark in the Herring Cove Community. Offering exhibition space for visual artists as well as a cafe, Victoria recently pivoted to selling locally-sourced groceries during the COVID-19 pandemic to keep the business running and the community stocked with essentials like baker’s yeast. In addition to the cafe and gallery, Pavia’s co-owners also plan annual exclusive guided tours of Italy.
