Gail Mercer-MacKay

Gail Mercer-MacKay is the CEO of Mercer-MacKay Solutions, a digital storytelling company and a known quality leader in the Microsoft ecosystem. Gail founded Mercer-MacKay Solutions in 2008 and operates the company in Toronto. She studied Marketing Communications at the University of Toronto and she has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience at emerging technology and start-up organizations. In 2021, Great Place to Work recognized Mercer-MacKay Solutions as one of the Best Workplaces Managed by Women. Outside of her work as a CEO, Gail is a philanthropist. She is the co-founder and Executive Director of The WIT Network, a community of women in tech. She is also the first woman president of IAMCP (International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners), and she runs “A Women’s Write,” a creative writing program for women struggling with addiction.
