Gina Pecore

Gina Pecor began her career in the Royal Canadian Navy during a transformative period that saw women entering in seagoing combat roles for the first time. Today Pecor is a business consultant at the forefront of innovation. Since 2016, she has served as CEO of Genoa Design International, a cutting-edging production design and 3D modelling company servicing shipbuilding and offshore industries in Newfoundland. Genoa currently employs over 90 designers and support staff and hopes to continue to expand in the coming years. In 2019, Pecore was named as one of Atlantic Business Magazine’s Top 50 CEOs. She also serves on the board of directors for Newfoundland Power.
