Holly Singh

Holly is the co-founder of Thandi’s, a family-owned restaurant known for its fusion of eastern and western flavours. Offering an extensive menu including chicken dishes, steak, and curries, Holly’s husband and chef makes his food accessible to as many people as possible by creating made-to-order curries that customize the level of spice and heat. They developed an elevated relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant, which features high ceilings and photographs of Ken’s native India. True to their entrepreneurial spirit, Holly and her husband also purchased a historic firehouse in Saint John which is now home to condominiums.
