Ilieana George

After almost 8 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Ilieana George hung up her lab coat in exchange for a paint coat in 2017. She pursued her new career as the creative director of a one-of-a-kind prop company in Toronto, founding Marquee Letters Toronto, originally a small light up letters business and grew it into one of the largest prop rental businesses in the GTA. To date her prop business has serviced most universities across Ontario, RBC, Amazon, IBM and many more. During COVID-19 she has continued to pivot her business and is currently writing a book to teach others about navigating the industry to avoid certain struggles and develop growth in their business.
