Indira Moudi

Indira Moudi is the CEO of Viandes Lafrance, a meat manufacturer in Shawinigan, Québec. Indira has two decades of experience in the energy industry. She started her career as an industrial engineer who was trained at Polytechnique Montréal, and she later entered leadership positions at clean energy companies like Baker Hughes. Indira acquired and scaled Viandes Lafrance in 2012 after completing a business internship at Harvard University. In addition to prioritizing sustainability, Indira is committed to recruiting more women engineers and technicians to the energy sector. Her team at Viandes Lafrance is currently 20% female, and she plans to continue advancing gender diversity in her field.
