Julie Poitras-Saulnier

It has always been Julie Poitras-Saulnier’s dream to start her own business, so she did — Loop Mission was born in 2016. The Montreal-based company features a wide-range of freshly-brewed juices made out of repurposed produce. Since its launch, Loop Mission has truly come full circle in its mission to shake up the food industry by offering sustainable yet enticing solutions to food waste. Currently, Loop’s juices are sold at grocers all over the province. Through her work at Loop, Poitras-Saulnier is crushing big goals in the circular economy world – they’ve saved over 3,467 tons of produce so far. For her efforts, Poitras-Saulnier was recognized by the Global CEO Excellence Awards as the Best Sustainable Food Manufacturer CEO in 2020.
