She took a risk by buying the Fatso name and optimized the recipe while rebuilding the brand. Jill found a gap in the market between cheap salt-and-sugar filled nut butters, and pricey high end jars. Her formula is full of healthy fats from coconuts, avocados, flax, and chia. Her formula builds on the nutrient-dense and cost-effective peanut with the addition of clean plant-based superfats.
