Josée Brisson

Josée Brisson is the owner and financial advisor at The Co-operators, an Ottawa-based insurance agency she founded in 2016. Within just four years of launching her business, she assumed full ownership and successfully increased its revenues by over 100 percent. Today, The Co-operators has six employees and is currently ranked as one of the top 10 agencies in Canada. Brisson is a former figure skater who has worked closely with Ottawa Special Hockey Stars, a hockey program for children with disabilities. In 2020, Brisson was honoured as one of 40 entrepreneurial leaders by the Ottawa Business Journal.
