Janet Zuccarini is the Owner and CEO of Gusto 54 Restaurant Group. The company began in Toronto with the opening of Trattoria Nervosa in 1996, and today is a tribute to family, innovation, food, and design. As a Deloitte Best Managed Company, Gusto 54 Restaurant Group ranks in the top best places to work in Canada. Janet was recognized as Foodservice & Hospitality’s Pinnacle Award winner for Independent Restaurateur of the Year, and received the TEC Canada Award for Excellence in Entrepreneurship from the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards. She was the first woman in Canada to become an AVPN certified Pizzaiola and is a Resident Judge in Top Chef Canada’s All-Stars Season 5 and Top Chef Canada Season 6.
