Julia Zhang

In a male-dominated industry like property management, Julia Zhang has established herself as a leading woman entrepreneur. She is the President and CEO of JD Development Group, a company that she founded in 2010. Julia’s company primarily innovates affordable high-rise student accommodations, hence the JD Development Group’s motto: A Different Way of Living. JD Development Group houses over 3000 students and employs a team of experts in architecture, project financing, and property management. In 2021, Julia was named amongst the Women Executive Network’s 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada. She holds a master’s degree in law from Peking University.
