Rasha Katabi

Rasha Katabi is the founder and CEO of Brim Financial, one of the fastest growing fintechs in Canada. Brim Financial is headquartered in Toronto, where its financial technology platform operates as a business-to-business service for financial institutions and large commercial partners. Rasha was a member of EY’s Entrepreneurial Winning Women North America Class of 2021 for high-growth, women-founded companies. Her financial expertise drives the company’s success, having earned a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Montréal and over 20 years of experience in capital markets. Before she founded Brim Financial in 2017, she was the Managing Director and Group Head of the Cross Asset Strategic Solutions Group at Merrill Lynch. Rasha also dedicates her time to community service as an advisor at the SickKids Foundation and a former President and Chair of the Mortgage-Backed Securities Issuers Association (MBSIA).
