Juliette Brun

Juliette Brun is the owner of Juliette et Chocolat, a chocolate manufacturer headquartered in Montréal. Juliette’s entrepreneurial journey is inspired by her love of chocolate, which she has carried with her since childhood. Juliette and Chocolat’s menu items are inspired by desserts that Juliette dreamed of when she was a child. After she finished school in 2003, she pursued her dream of starting a chocolate shop at the age of 22. Since then, Juliette has led and grown a passionate team at Juliette et Chocolat, all of whom are dedicated to making sweet and creative products. Juliette et Chocolat operates an online store and locations throughout the Montréal area.
