Kristen Phillips

Kristen Phillips is a talented individual who wears many hats in the agriculture industry. She is the owner and operator of W.P. Acres Ltd., a 3000-acre mixed farm that produces high-quality hay, grains, oilseeds, and pulses and ships it all across North America. With a background in agronomy, she also offers contract work to local growers and grower associations, sharing her expertise and knowledge. Kristen is also the General Manager of Manitoba Ag Days, showcasing her involvement in the ag community. Along with her husband Garret, Kristen is raising the fifth generation of farmers on her family’s land and balancing her career with her family life, being a mother to three young daughters. She has a deep passion for learning, expanding her knowledge, and encouraging growers to join her in the field to truly understand their farm operations.
