Lotte Davis

Lotte Davis is the founder of AG Hair, Canada’s largest independent manufacturer of professional hair care products. Alongside her husband, who had a background in hairdressing, Lotte put her marketing skills to work with just a $5000 loan and a vision. From their early days fulfilling orders in their basement, their hard work and proprietary formulas quickly grew into the large operation they run today. Having grown up in apartheid in South Africa, Lotte used her success in the hair industry to found her organization One Girl Can with the goal of empowering girls in the continent of Africa through education and mentorship.
