Laura created Little Tucker in 2015, making healthy snacks out of her kitchen to sell at farmers markets around Calgary. Coming to Canada from an Australian upbringing in an Italian family, Laura brought her love of food and community and set out to make wholesome vegan food more accessible. Little Tucker comes from Australian slang for “food” and has provided her with an outlet to share her creativity and passion for healthful eating as well as a living. Her operation has expanded far beyond her kitchen table, with distribution nationwide in Canadian nearly 1000 grocery stores, including Whole Foods.
