Léonie Côté-Martin

Originally a registered nurse, Léonie Côté-Martin is the President of Serenis Canada, a placement service for healthcare professionals in Québec. Léonie is dedicated to humanizing healthcare in Canada after witnessing the harsh realities of working in healthcare. Her entrepreneurship was recognized amongst the Women Executive Network’s 100 Most Powerful Women in 2021. Her work at Serenis began when she acquired the company’s first franchise, and she has been working as the President since 2017. Within the first 5 years of her leadership, Serenis has grown from 5 to 500 employees across Quebec, all of whom offer home care and healthcare services.
