Lisa Genovese is the President of BottomLine, a formal research firm that helps entrepreneurs and clients develop strategies based on data and research. She and her team use a unique impact assessment process to uncover key insights and help clients see what others may not. BottomLine’s global team helps clients implement strategies centered on strong market research insights that consistently improve conversion rates, increase sales, and profit margins. Lisa is an innovator and marketer who is passionate about helping brands level up and is known for her unconventional approach to marketing. She is a mentor for ATBx and Immigrant Services Calgary, and sits as the Chair of the Board for the Calgary Business Professionals. In 2021, Lisa was awarded the TD Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Award at the Small Business Calgary Awards.
