Lisa first started her homecare service business as a single mother in her living room, and now she employs over 200 people in five locations across New Brunswick. Lisa has put her education background and home care expertise to good use by working with the provincial government to establish a standardized training curriculum for all home support caregivers. Lisa has expanded the scope of Unicare into education and offers training programs to the public in addition to her employees to ensure a high quality standard of care.
