Mandy Farmer

Mandy Farmer is the president and CEO of Accent Inns and Hotel Zed, BC-based hotel chains reputed for their larger-than-life personalities and customer-oriented service. In 2008, Farmer took over the leadership of Accent Inns from her father, Terry. From 2013 to 2020, Farmer doubled revenues and profits and has further evolved the brand to contend with the biggest hotels in the Canadian tourism industry today. Accent Inns now has five locations within the BC area. After COVID-19 hit, Accent Inns partnered with the United Way, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars to put nurses and essential workers in their hotels for free. In 2020, Farmer was selected as a finalist for the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Award.
