Meggan Van Harten

Meggan Van Harten is a co-founder of Design de Plume Inc., a women-led, Indigenous-owned design team that creates inclusive and accessible designs for social good. Design de Plume is based in Sudbury, Ontario, and has clients across Canada and the United States, offering services such as branding, layout design, and web design. Meggan is a big-picture thinker and is committed to long-term strategic planning, accessibility in all sectors, and promoting diversity through mentoring and educating clients and students. As a skilled designer and illustrator, Meggan also has a background in project management, which also helps her choose the most appropriate technical practices to bring messages to life. Meggan was awarded the 2022 SoGood Design Award for Sustainability, Ecology, & Climate.
