Michelle Aucoin

Michelle Aucoin is the President and founder of LearnAbility Educational Solutions, a company aimed at helping children with learning disabilities achieve success. With over 27 years of experience in the field of specialized education, Michelle is highly trained in methods and strategies for supporting students of all ages and abilities. She founded LearnAbility in 2005 and the company has since expanded to provide individual assessments and learning plans for students, as well as programming for adults and training for companies. Michelle offers speaking engagements and educational workshops to improve understanding and build acceptance. LearnAbility has had to move its operations online due to the COVID-19 pandemic, allowing the company to expand and reach more children in different parts of Nova Scotia. In 2022, Michelle was awarded the Business Person of the Year by the Cape Breton Chamber of Commerce.
