Tracy is the co-founder of Millenia Tea, a tea company that deviates from the traditional form of tea – dried tea – and instead uses fresh leaves that are frozen and distributed. They developed a patent-pending process to create a new and unique category of tea. Their process maximizes the antioxidant levels found in the tea, which contains many health benefits. Tracy and her husband were inspired to found the company after her father-in-law underwent a cancer scare and discovered the preventative health benefits of green tea.
