Michelle Weger

Michelle Weger was fresh out of university when she founded Venture Creative Collective, an Ottawa-based web development and automation company. Weger has come a long way since then – she now brings in millions of dollars in profits through her web-based business. As someone who currently lives with narcolepsy, Weger has proven that she is capable of rising to any challenge. Though her disability may keep her from working in a traditional 9-5 work setting, it hasn’t stopped her from hitting major career milestones. Aside from her role as a highly innovative business leader, Weger is a leading voice for narcolepsy awareness. In 2020, Weger became the youngest recipient of Ottawa’s Top 40 Under 40 award.
