Monica Kretschmer

Monica turned her own experience with adversity into a network of organizations and projects that champion women in business, in organizations, and in their communities. She is the founder and CEO of Universal Womens Network, the Women of Inspiration Awards, the Nest Foundation, and SupportHER. Monica has built more than a national brand – she has built a community and a network of women by recognizing and celebrating their accomplishments. Her network is robust, partnering with government agencies, non-profits, venture capitalists, and women’s organizations. Women of Inspiration has recognized over 700 women with 150 awards in a wide range of categories. Monica has also produced dozens of events and interviewed hundreds of women, sharing their stories to inspire others.
