Nareena Switlo

Nareen Switlo is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Naledo Foods and Beverages. A mother-daughter duo led company that offers a line of products from ethically-sourced turmeric. Nareena has an everlasting passion for learning about other cultures which has led her to a career in International Development. Her work leading and overseeing programs with innovative organizations in Zanzibar, Kenya, Ghana, and India, has honed her ability to develop strategies that net the most amount of benefit for clients and partner communities. This put into motion the company that she oversees today alongside her mother, Naledo Foods and Beverages, a social enterprise, certified B Corp, and producers of the first wild crafted whole root turmeric paste — an ethically sound and sourced successful natural food product line.
