Neha Charnalia is the President and co-founder of Switch Groceries, a Toronto-based online grocery store that specializes in providing healthy and sustainable food options to customers. Switch Groceries offers a wide range of products, including fresh produce, meat and dairy, pantry staples, and household essentials, all of which are carefully selected to meet high standards of health and sustainability. The company partners with local farmers and producers to source fresh, seasonal ingredients, and uses minimal packaging to reduce waste. Neha has a background in accounting, having worked in senior management roles at Ernst & Young and operating her own accounting practice. She was a semi-finalist at the 2022 Odlum Brown Forum Pitch hosted by The Forum.
