Ravy Mehroke

Ravy Mehroke is the CEO and co-founder of Bombay Beauty Company, a nature-based beauty and wellness brand that was launched in 2014. In 2010, Ravy and her sister Amy opened their first Bombay Brow Bar location in Vancouver, and it grew to four locations by 2015. Inspired by Ayurveda, an ancient 3000-year-old natural system of medicine, Ravy and Amy launched Bombay Beauty Co, a collection of conscious, plant-based self-care beauty products. They also donate 5% from every online product purchase to “I AM A GIRL” to elevate girls all over the world through initiatives that fight for girls’ rights and gender equality. Ravy has over 15 years of experience working in the consumer retail and services industry, specializing in beauty and skincare. She supports causes that empower women and is a board member of Forum for Women Entrepreneurs. Ravy was selected as winner of 2021/2022 The Odlum Brown Forum Pitch for her work at Bombay Beauty Company.
