Rihanna Spence

Rihanna Spence is a driven and passionate young entrepreneur who founded the Panther Cafe, a student-run business within her school. Along with a team of students, Rihanna created a comprehensive business plan, menu, and designed the cafe to reflect its Indigenous staff. Rihanna’s young entrepreneurial journey has helped mentor and train younger students, helping them feel more connected to their school community. In 2022, she was awarded for her work with the Linda Park Memorial Award Business/Entrepreneur by the Manitoba Indigenous Youth Achievement Award.
