Following the successful development and sale of two tech companies that she co-founded and led as CEO, Shannon founded her next venture: Metronome. As the CEO of Metronome, an executive and CEO business coaching firm, she leads a team of elite corporate leadership coaches to help c-suite executives effectively manage their company in order to drive growth. Complementary to her coaching services, Shannon co-founded Metronome Growth Systems, a cloud-based business platform for CEOs and businesses to structure strategic planning.
