Shannon Kamins

When Shannon was diagnosed with Celiac disease, she began brewing her own kombucha at home, using medicinal herbs to get the most out of her preferred beverage. Driven by her own experiences and interest in gut health, Shannon earned a certificate in Food Security and continued learning about nutrition. Her love for kombucha and dedication to spreading a healthier diet, Shannon founded Booch. Knowing that home-brewing kombucha is a time-intensive task, Shannon’s small-batch organic kombucha is a convenient product for health-savvy consumers across Ontario.
