Amanda is the founder of Coal & Canary, an upscale candle company that sells “cheeky candles for playful personalities”. With a focus on elegant packaging, a wide range of scents, and a wooden wick for a crackling effect, Coal and Canary has developed a solid brand in Manitoba and beyond. Amanda developed a loyalty program in the spring of 2020 to keep customers engaged when retail shopping took a nosedive. Amanda was the 2019 winner of the Global Reach Award from the Women Entrepreneurs of Manitoba.
