Sharon Bond-Hogg

Sharon is the co-owner of Kekuli Cafe, an Indigenous restaurant she opened with her husband after demand grew at their bannock concession stand. Their stand grew to permanent concession stands, while Sharon and her husband worked “day jobs” in cafes to learn about the industry. After four years, they opened their first Kekuli Cafe, and soon expanded to a second location. The restaurants serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and also offer catering for special events and an event venue. They serve Indigenous foods made with fresh, local ingredients and have been recognized with numerous awards and an appearance on “You Gotta Eat Here” on the Food Network.
