Karima-Catherine (KC) Goundiam is the founder and CEO of Red Dot Digital, a full-service digital strategy and data insight consultancy. Before founding Red Dot Digital she amassed extensive experience in the corporate world, having previously managed digital and social media for Deloitte Canada as well as mentoring Deloitte’s CEOs on digital transformation. KC also directed social media for Ford Motors Canada. She is an expert on using social media and digital strategy to drive business growth. Most recently, KC launched B2BeeMatch.com, a business matchmaking platform for small businesses.
