Paula Watts

Paula Watts is the co-owner, Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer of Pasta Tavola, a manufacturer and retailer of frozen and fresh specialty pasta, sauces, and oven-ready meals. Paula operates Pasta Tavola with her sister Victoria Watts in Belleville, Ontario. Their business is inspired by their Nonna (or grandmother), who taught them about food culture and how to make handmade pasta from scratch. Paula brings a culinary arts background to her business, having studied at Holland College in Charlottetown, PEI. Pasta Tavola is dedicated to sustainability, using 100% Canadian-sourced ingredients in their assortment of pasta and sauces. The business has seen immense growth since its inception in 2010, working with over 100 stores and retailers to serve their products. In 2019, Pasta Tavola was one of the first Canadian women-led companies to receive a Women Entrepreneurship Fund grant through the Government of Canada.
