Sophia Stone

Sophia is the co-founder and Principal of the Indie Group, a network of independent consultants. Having identified a number of problems that large companies face trying to hire a consultant, she branched out to co-found a sister business, Indie Tech. Indie Tech provides a consulting management system that uses AI to help financial institutions hire the right consultant and automate the onboarding and management processes. Both Indie Group and Indie Tech are woman-owned and woman-led, complementing her stated goals of disrupting the consulting industry and promote diversity.
