Stephanie Soulis

Stephanie Soulis is the President & CEO of Little Mushroom Catering, Little Mushroom Dining Lounge, and Nom Nom Treats. She attributes her success to her personal values, running the only living wage food service company in Waterloo Region certified through ‘Living Wage Ontario’. Stephanie also runs a dedicated internal training and development program for all staff – who are employees, and not temps. Her strong focus on her values has built a team of 45 employees who, prior to the pandemic, catered around 700 corporate and private events a year.
