Vicki Wallace-Godbout grew up in an entrepreneurial environment due to a family of business people, on the Madawaska Maliseet First Nation in New Brunswick. Upon completing law school, she began investing in real estate which put her on a path to realize her love for entrepreneurship. One of her first projects was a commercial development joint venture with her First Nation community. Since then, she has not looked back. A decorated business woman, Vicki-Wallace Godbout is known and awarded for her ongoing economic initiatives with First Nations communities. She is the proud co-owner of several successful businesses like Truck Stop+ Edmundston, established in 2012, as well as Truck Stop+ Moncton, which opened 2 years ago. In addition, she is the co-owner of Frontière FM, the first privately owned commercial Francophone radio station in Canada, outside of Quebec.
