Ingrid Broussillon is the founder of Griottes Polyglottes, a business that combines her love for acting, improv, and multilingualism to create a unique way of teaching languages. She started the company in 2018 to create a place where adults and kids could practice French through fun and, in the process, learn to speak the language with confidence. Before starting her business, she spent 11 years working as a project IT manager in France and later moved to Vancouver to improve her English. Now, she teaches French and English classes based on acting, storytelling, and improvisation. Ingrid offers additional improv workshops for schools and corporate organizations to combat and educate groups about sexism and racism. In 2020, she was awarded the Premier’s People’s Choice Award by Small Business BC.
