Vivian Kaye

Vivian Kaye is the founder and CEO of KinkyCurlyYaki, a hair extension company for textured hair. Noticing that Black women were not served in the hair extension industry, Vivian set out to embrace and enhance her natural hair by founding her own line of premium hair extensions for textured hair. KinkyCurlyYaki is not Vivian’s first business – she also founded her own decor and wedding company, Vivian’s Decor & Designs which she grew to 6 figures. Vivian is passionate about mentoring women entrepreneurs, offering consulting services as a freelance business coach. She is also a co-owner, mentor, and advisor at Founders Fund, a digital accelerator supporting women entrepreneurs from underrepresented communities.
