Ann Baiden is the owner and CEO of Innovatex Solutions Inc, a leading promotional products company that helps businesses elevate their brand and achieve bold results. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Ann is an award-winning entrepreneur who is dedicated to empowering other women in business. She started her entrepreneurial journey by creating custom-made gift baskets for her friends and family, and soon realized her passion for making people happy through thoughtful and cleverly selected products. She was introduced to the Promotional Products Industry by a friend and found her niche in the industry. She partnered with Tammy Rutledge and founded Innovatex in 2000. Ann was selected as a WBE Leader in 2022 by The Women’s Enterprise Organization of Canada.
