As the Chief Experience Officer of The INSIDE View Inc., D’Cunha is highly passionate about supporting leaders in delivering exceptional customer services that can inevitably increase their sales and grow their businesses. D’Cunha is a former executive who has over 22 years of experience in the retail, construction, nonprofit, hospitality, and e-commerce industries. Currently, she lends her valuable input through her service on several boards, including Grow Your Biz and Customer Experience Week Canada. She is also chair of the YMCA Capital Campaign in Niagara.
