Emily Bland

Emily Bland founded B-corporation certified SucSeed in 2017 with a goal to tackle food insecurity by helping people learn how to grow fresh produce at home, in the classroom and in the community. St. John’s NL based SucSeed currently works with over 900 educators and 22,000 students across Canada to teach them about sustainable agriculture, healthy eating and waste reduction. In addition, SucSeed works with over 200 community groups across Canada to help promote food education and food production. Recently, Emily refined the company’s focus on the educational market and increased the efficiency of SucSeed’s garden.
